Early in the morning light at the head of the Lamoil River, where the dark cool river water mixs with the lake's rich clear waters is where you will often find the UVM men's and woman's rowing team. This is both a spot of wondermet and a place to take a break after a 10k row from the dock. The sun rising over the foot hills of Vermont shines light on to a view that we are lucky enough to see every moring. We set back and take a drink of water as the our eyes gaze over the lake and the New York moutians. As we sit back ready to row we know that in 24 hours and 5000 caloires burned we will back back at thbis very sopt to oncew again see one of our fgavorit spots on the lake.

Lake Champlain has scared me when I thought that the fish that lived inside it would eat me when I was swimming. That was when I was really little, and now I know that nothing in the lake will hurt me when I go swimming.

The middle is very deep and realy cold when I jump off the boat even in the middle of summer.

Well lets begin with who i am and what river is my favorite.Well my name is Rebecca Corcoran im a fourteen years old and my favorite river would be the winooski/onion river.now i will tell you my favorite spot of the winooski river my favorite spot would be the dirt path at the winooski rivber because it is right next to the river and you can touch the water.last thing i would like to say is i have liked the winooski river ever sence ive seen it because it was the first river i ever saw. so you shuold like it to.
