When I look at a river, from the lazy, steady flows, to the exciting, white-capped rapids, I never feel the same. My body will rush with adrenaline, forcing my senses into ultra-awareness, and then fade to lazy calmness. Life is like a river, it has a beginning and an end. It has treacherous points and moments of calm. In the end, we all just surrender to the endless flow of time's stream.
